Our team of professionals capture the culture of your gathering in a way that makes your corporate event compelling and enticing to both people who were and weren’t in attendance. We know that images and videos are what last as the memory of an event fades, so event photography and videography extends the value of your event for future recruiting and marketing material.
At Denver Headshot Co., our event photographers and videographers strive to highlight what makes your company and event so great and clearly communicate it through images. How do we do that? Read on.
- 1. We capture the mood. Whether your event is in a low-light concert venue or a restaurant patio lit by twinkle lights, we believe that accurately capturing the mood and environment created by lighting is vital. As much as possible, we like to use available light and have the top gear to assure that it can be done without sacrificing quality. When needed, we’ll supplement with additional lighting, but in a way that strives to be true to the mood of the event. Our event photography and videography team is highly trained in a wide range of event photography techniques to be able to get the best look whether your event is in a room with no natural light or outside in the noonday sun.
- 2. We understand your vision. We don’t walk into an event blind. Each event is as unique as each company. We ask thoughtful questions prior to the event to make sure your marketing vision informs our focus at the event. We know your stakeholders and key people ahead of time and make sure they are documented as much as possible. Whether your goal is documenting the size of the event, the energy of your team or the professionalism of your company, our coverage is dictated by your vision.
- 3.We use a variety of creative tools. Our event videographers and photographers use different lenses, unique angles, and a combination of directed and photojournalistic approaches to make sure we show your event at its best.
What does event coverage cost? Event photography is priced at an hourly rate. This rate includes high-resolution images (approximately 65 images per hour) and limited commercial usage rights. You can choose to upgrade to same-day or next-day image delivery as an add-on. Event videography pricing varies based on length of coverage and quantity/length of delivered videos, as well as commercial usage needs. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Options include express turnaround for immediate delivery or a more individualized approach that allows each person to choose their own images after the event.
