Questions?

How do we choose which photos we want?

3-5 days after your session, you will be emailed a private link to an unedited online gallery. Based on your preferences, you can let your employees pick their favorites or leave that decision up to your marketing team.

Do you photograph outside?

We recommend all headshot sessions take place indoors, where the weather is always perfect! Our clients enjoy comfortable indoor temperaturs, with quick access to mirrors, bathrooms, and changing areas…and we enjoy reduced reschedules due to inclement weather. But don’t worry if you were hoping for an outdoor headshot. We can create the authentic, relaxed feel you’re looking for with our blurred backgrounds or add in an outdoor background with our white screen method.

What’s a white screen?

White screen is what we call our custom background replacement method that gives us endless background options. Thanks to careful coordination between our photographers, editors and AI, we can photograph you and your team in a comfortable and convenient indoor setting but can place you in any number of different backgrounds – indoor or outdoor – after the session…and make it look completely believable. This is a great solution for keeping your team up to date after a company session. Send new hires to our studio and we’ll make them look like they were photographed in the same place as everyone else.

Do you retouch?

We edit the image to make you look like the best version of yourself. We believe authentic imagery is important and will make sure you still look like you, just refined! Blemish retouching, teeth whitening, gentle skin smoothing, and background clean-up are included in your package. Extra retouching (body shaping, clothing edits) can be purchased as an add-on.

How long will it take to get the photos back?

You will receive your unedited previews within 3-5 business days of your session. Expect the final edited images within 5-7 business days after selecting your favorites. Rush turn around (24-36 hours) is available for purchase for most sessions.

What should I wear for my headshot?

The details will vary based on your individual goals, but everyone should wear clean, pressed clothing that fits you well and will appeal to the people seeing your headshot! Don’t worry…we have lots more opinions on clothing. Check our our What to Wear page for lots of helpful tips.

Where does the session take place?

Company sessions are held indoors at our lovely studio in RINO, or with our mobile studio at your location.

What are our background options?

Almost anything you can imagine! Check our our backgrounds page to see many options. Don’t stress if you don’t know what to choose. Our photographers can help you pick a background that is flattering and enhances your message.

How long does the photographer spend with each person?

Depending on your goals, your photographer will spend anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes with each person. More time per person means more perks like our Headshot Happiness Guarantee and Instant Image Review…and higher satisfaction for your employees.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Nooo! Can we do anything to help change your mind? We do understand that life happens, so we allow corporate accounts to reschedule their session one time without penalty up to 7 days prior to the session. If you reschedule more than once or within 7 days of your session (up to 24 hours before your session), you will be charged a rescheduling fee. Read our full cancel/reschedule policy here.
