We’re sorry to hear that you’re not able to make it to your session.

Please think long and hard about canceling or rescheduling your session! You booked your session because you know (or have been told by your boss) that you really need to update your professional image.

We know that having photos taken can sometimes feel overwhelming and nerve-wracking, but we promise we make it as fast and painless as possible. Think of the relief you’ll feel over having it out of the way and how confident you’ll feel knowing that your shiny new headshot communicates who you are as a professional TODAY, not 7 years ago!

If you still need to cancel or reschedule, here’s a reminder of our rescheduling and cancellation policy. We appreciate your support in helping our small business to run smoothly.

You may reschedule your session 1 time without a reschedule fee more than 24 hours prior to your session.

Rescheduling a 2nd time: $100 reschedule fee ($250 for VIP Portrait Suite)

Your deposit becomes a credit towards your rescheduled session to be COMPLETED within 14 calendar days from your original session date.

Your credit will expire after 14 days and any unused funds will be forfeited. Please note sessions open for scheduling 14 days prior.

Any cancellations prior to 24 hours before session will forfeit the deposit ($100; $250 for VIP Portrait Suite).

Full payment is due for appointments canceled or rescheduled, for any reason, within 24 hours of your session time.

We do not offer refunds. We are a small business who makes staffing arrangements and begins preparations for your session as soon as you book. Thank you for understanding.
