5 ways to make your headshots seamless

1. Schedule everyone – Create a google sheet with the available time slots and let individuals sign themselves up. Send a reminder 4 days before, and again 24 hours before to make any adjustments and changes. Better yet, use our concierge services

2. Put together what to wear guidance – One of the biggest questions you’ll be asked is “What do I wear?” Put together some general guidelines for what to wear, and not to wear so that your team will look sharp and cohesive. Once you book your session, we’re happy to provide guidance on what to wear.

3. Image review The worst thing that can happen at a shoot is that you go through the shoot, and then people don’t like their photos or ask for retakes. Our image review process nearly eliminates the gap of individuals being unhappy with their photos.

4. Think about updates – once your large session is done, think about how to seamlessly update your team without all the hassle of scheduling, reminding your photographer about your preferences and styles, and telling your team what to wear. Figure out the best way to update your team, maybe you bring the photographer in quarterly to update a larger batch. Maybe you send individuals into our studio during the first week of being hired. Let us know your goals and we can help find a solution to make everything easy for you.

5. Communicate Communication is key. Let people know where to go, and how long they should expect the headshot to last. It can also be effective to pre-communicate plans for rescheduling or canceling. Will you have us back another day? Will you ask them to come into the studio? Will they miss out?
