Maybe it’s gone to our heads, but we’re so confident you’ll be happy with your headshot that we’ll redo it for free if you don’t like it.

Our Headshot Happiness Guarantee is included with our Standard Individual Session, VIP Portrait Suite, and Standard Company Session only. Does not apply to custom locations, our Simple Headshot Session or our express sessions.
- Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of sessions start time.
- Cannot be redeemed for “wishing you’d made different choices” regarding your hair, clothing or other decisions outside of Denver Headshot Co.’s control.
- Cannot be redeemed after the final edited images have been delivered.
- No refunds will be given; this guarantee will be honored with partial to full reshoot only, which will be determined on a case by case basis
- Individuals: reshoots cannot be upgraded to a new package level, and must be scheduled within 14 days of your initial session.
- Companies: reshoot will take place at the next company session, or employees may attend one of our 2 reshoot days per month at the DHC studio in RiNo.

Review your images, instantly.
Our instant image review lets you see exactly what you’re getting. Before you leave your session, we’ll have you confirm with your photographer that you are happy with what you’ve seen.
We know happiness when we see it.
Behaviors like high fiving your photographer, that big smile on your face when you leave, exclamations such as “I love these!” generally mean you’re happy…
Select your favorites online.
Selecting images for editing from your proof gallery is considered a final indication of happiness.
If you’re not happy at this point, send us an email right away.
We deliver on our promise.
The next step is receiving your beautiful final edits…or a partial or full reshoot with a different staff photographer to make sure you’re truly happy with your headshots.
