Business Development Specialist: Make an Impact in a Creative, Small-Team, Remote Role

We are seeking a hardworking Business Development teammate to support our Denver Headshot Co, Photographers & Videographers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing existing accounts, and contributing to our marketing initiatives. With a steady stream of incoming leads and systems in place, you will have the opportunity to reach out and secure new contracts.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent outbound communication skills, along with the ability to diligently, and authentically engage prospective and current clients. Your expertise in data tracking will be crucial for growth and meeting targets. You’re excited at taking a calculated risk and thrive when working in an environment where your ideas and initiatives make an impact.

A keen understanding of creative concepts, messaging, branding, and marketing will greatly contribute to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement methods for generating new leads and accounts
  • Make outbound phone calls, personalized emails, and messages to help clients book their sessions
  • Schedule appointments with clients & communicate details to hand client to photographers
  • Nurture partnerships with current clients
  • Maintain and analyze CRM
  • Build strategies for greater efficiency in systems
  • Answer the phone
  • Communicate sold contracts with staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000 – $100,000.00 per year
